Terms & Conditions

Last updated 22 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and ActivLife Hub LLC, which operates myprojects.health. By creating an account you accept them.

What the service does

myprojects.health records what your projects are made of, reminds you about dates and thresholds you have entered, checks the things you have given it access to check, and tells you when something needs your attention.

It observes and reports. It does not repair anything, and it is not a substitute for your own backups, your own monitoring of last resort, or your own judgement. A green screen means our checks passed — not that your business is healthy.

Trial, plans and payment

  • Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
  • Plans: Starter, $10/month, up to 2 projects; Portfolio, $20/month, up to 6 projects; Studio, $45/month, up to 15 projects. Monthly billing only. There is no permanently free plan.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect.
  • The plan limit applies when you add a project. Nothing you already have is ever stopped to make the numbers fit.

Cancelling, and what happens after

  • You can cancel yourself, at any time, from your account.
  • After cancelling, the service runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • If a payment fails, we will keep monitoring and alerting for a short grace period while you fix it, rather than stopping immediately — a declined card should not be why your business goes unwatched.
  • After that, checks pause and the dashboard becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted: your history stays exportable for about 30 days.
  • You can delete your account, and every credential in it, yourself at any time. That is immediate and irreversible.

Credentials you give us

You may connect API credentials for services you use. You confirm that you are entitled to do so, and that you understand that some providers do not offer read-only credentials, so the credential you supply may permit more than the reading we perform with it. We only ever send read requests. How credentials are stored is described in the Privacy Policy.

Alerts are best effort

Email and SMS are delivered by third parties across networks we do not control. We deduplicate, retry and record every delivery — but we cannot guarantee that any particular alert arrives, or arrives in time. Do not rely on this service as the only safeguard where a missed message would cause serious harm, and never as a life-safety system. We offer no uptime commitment or service level agreement.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your email address, and any phone number you add, current.
  • Do not use the service to monitor systems you neither own nor operate without permission.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service or to reach other customers’ data.

Emergency human assistance

Separately from any subscription, we may agree to help with an incident by hand — investigating, restarting, rolling back, or contacting a provider on your behalf. That work is charged at $50 per hour, minimum charge $50, plus any third-party costs you have authorised in advance. Every action requires your explicit authorisation at the time. We do not store payment cards for this and hold no standing authority to spend money on your behalf. This is a separate, manual service and is not included in any plan.

Liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for losses arising from an outage we did not detect, an alert that did not arrive, or a third-party provider acting on its own.

Changes, suspension and contact

If these terms change materially we will tell you by email before the change applies to you; continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or other customers. Questions go to our contact page.
